The FastSet^TM Jigging System is a series of self-contained pedestals that can be easily moved into position to build any type and size truss needed. Independent pedestals enable truss fabricators to walk completely through the jigging system on setup and unloading of trusses.

Each pedestal moves freely with the help of heavy duty industrial casters that are built into each unit. Pushing down on the lever locks the unit down and renders it unmovable. Fabricators need only to place pedestals in proper position by taking key measurements, lock them down and start building trusses.

The peak and heel pedestals can be aligned on an optional steel "T" track, that is bolted to your shop floor, enhancing set-up speed and accuracy. Other options available include your choice of three different lumber clamping systems to suit every need. Every clamping system ensures tight fitting joints, EVERYTIME.
